Products

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made from 100% soy wax , with carefully selected fragrance oils and cotton wicks. No paraffin, no unnecessary additives.


Are the candles and scented waxes handmade?

Yes. All products are made by hand, in small batches . This means that each piece is unique.


How long does one candle last?

The burning time depends on the size of the candle and proper care, but on average:

  • smaller candles: 30–35 hours
  • larger candles: 40+ hours

Soy wax burns slower, which means more cozy moments.


How long does scented wax last?

One piece of scented wax can last up to 10 hours of fragrance , through multiple uses. Use it as long as it smells.


Are your products safe for pets?

Our products are safe for pets, made from soy wax, but we recommend:

  • ventilation of the room
  • Keep candles and waxes out of reach of pets
  • never leave a burning candle unattended

How to use a candle correctly?

  • Before each lighting, shorten the wick to approximately 5 mm.
  • The first lighting should last long enough for the wax to melt all the way to the edge.
  • Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time

How to use scented wax?

Scented wax is melted in an aroma lamp using a small port. No water is added and it is not used in candles. You can find more details about using scented wax on our blog .

How can I pay for my order?

Currently, only online payment is possible.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped - please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will try to help.


Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days .
Delivery time depends on the type of delivery, delivery service and location.


Do you deliver outside Croatia?

Yes, we currently ship almost all over Europe, to Australia and New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, as well as Japan, Thailand and Turkey. Due to customs restrictions, we are currently unable to ship packages to the United States.


Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, personal pickup is currently not possible.


Returns and complaints

Can I return the product?

If the product is undamaged and unused, returns are possible in accordance with applicable laws.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with a photo of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue quickly and without unnecessary drama.

Yes, because we love gifts as much as you do. Contact us and we will put together a beautiful gift wrapping with our products.


Can I order larger quantities or custom products?
